She began playing golf from a young age and was the first player to qualify for the US Women's Open at the age of 12 years old in 2007. The reason she didn't win but in 2007, Aldila Junior Classic, which was her second-youngest athlete to win the competition. In addition to being one of the most youthful American Junior Golf Association, (AJGA) winner of the championship at the time and also being the youngest player to take home the Westfield Junior PGA Championship.
